Your young person’s emotional and mental health will be paramount to their journey and the support they receive will be tailored to their emotional wellbeing, by the experienced and passionate staff.

Life Story Book, we feel at Bridging the Gap that young people should be able to look back on their journey and reflect and remember the good things they have accomplished and the happy times, to do this we try to take as many pictures throughout a young person’s journey on their achievements. These books are the property of the young people and are built up throughout their stay.
